My firm and the client have decided to terminate the contract for the project on which I am currently working. I can’t relocate for family reasons; I would prefer not to fly out of town every Monday morning (I am scheduled to teach an evening class at the University next Fall – difficult if I’m in Toledo or somewhere); and I’m not quite ready for retirement (correction – my money supply is not yet ready for retirement). In any case, I would very much appreciate any prayers that I find a suitable slot in old Austin town.
Also, I'd ask your prayers for Beloved-but-Expensive Daughter, who walked out of her apartment last weekend in order to take her broken computer to the shop, only to find that someone had run into her car overnight.
